Contractor to provide all labor, materials, etc to remove the North Yard Building roof covering and replace with smooth finish, cold applied, built-up roofing. Building is approximately 112,000 square feet. Daily work areas must be completely reroofed that day. Underlayment or first base sheet shall not be left exposed overnight. Performance shall be completed within 270 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The site is located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island, California (between San Pedro and Long Beach, CA). All work will be performed within the secure perimeter of the Institution. Estimated solicitation issue date is 6/12/96 and estimated due date is 7/16/96.
