16 -- ASPJ INSTALLATION KITS FOR F-14D AIRCRAFT SOL N00019-94-G-0028 POC Contact, Jennifer M. Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0028 with the Northrop Grumman Corporation for Airborne Self-Protection Jammer (ASPJ) pre-assembly kits. The kits will allow for the modification of the compartment 2E deck, the environmental control systems components, the wire harness, and the cooling air manifold for unobstructed ASPJ installation. As the designer, developer, and sole producer of the F-14 aircraft, Northrop Grumman is the only known source available to provide the effort in the timeframe required.
