Our preliminary requirements are: high resolution color camera for daylight/high resolution ICCD camera for night, pan/tilt/zoom/focus system, ability to read a ship's name (30 cm/12'' high letters) from a distance of 6.44 kilometers/4 miles, availability of standard NTSC composite video signal from each camera. The system will be used in a tropical, marine environment. Any information provided will be at no cost to the Commission. In your reply, please state if the products offered are on a GSA/FSS schedule/contract. All the information received will be considered confidential and will not be disclosed without the express authorization of the supplier.
