The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division intends to award a fixed price type of contract to obtain manually adjustable, voltage regulated, current-limited, low output ripple, DC battery charge/discharge units, built into a common enclosure, which will be used to service the main and instrumentation batteries of the Large Scale Vehicle (LSV) at the Division's Bayview Detachment, Bayview, Idaho. It is expected that a competitive solicitation shall be issued on or about 10 June 1996, with the closing date thirty (30) days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
