Newport News Shipbuilding as the developer of the system is the only design agent with the knowledges required for this service. Anticipated award date is 15 days after publication. Estimated completion date is 30 September 1996. This requirement is being acquired using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). A written request for quote will be issued.
