The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for an Architect/Engineering firm to perform a site assessment and conceptual design for remediation at the Federal Penitentiary located at Marion, IL. A/E services will consist of a work plan, field investigation, and report with cost estimates for remediation. Additional consideration will be given to firms licensed to practice in the State of Illinois with existing offices within the State of Illinois. Selection of firms to be interviewed will be based on the following evaluation factors: capacity and capability, 25%, project and team organization, 25%; Experience and Performance, 30%; Knowledge of Locality, 10%; and Proximity to Project, 10%. Firms responding to this notice within 30 calendar days of the date of this notice will be considered. Firms desiring consideration shall submit appropriate SF254 and SF255 forms. This is not a RFP.
