TULLOS tel: 601/377-3808 Contractor shall manage all base level Command and Control, Communications Computer (C4) Systems Security programs for Keesler AFB MS. The C4 Systems programs to be managed are computer security (COMPUSEC), communication security (COMSEC), emission security (EMSEC), and the security awareness training and education (SATE) program. In addition, the contractor will also manage and operate the Base Telecommunications Center (BTC). This requires the processing of all incoming and outgoing electronic, narrative message traffic. All personnel performing C4 Systems Security and BTC Functions are required to have a TOP SECRET security clearance. Period of performance is 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98, with options to extend for a total of 54 months. For cost comparison study subject to OMB Circular No. A-76. Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. Small business size standard is $5.0 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
