S -- OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF TRANSFER STATION AT THE U.S. MILITARY ACADEMY, WEST POINT, N Y SOL DAAG60-96-B-0022 DUE 070996 POC Contract Specialist BOB MURPHY (914) 938-4841 (Site Code DAAG60) Provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and supervision necessary to operate and maintain the Solid Waste Transfer Station, and Material Handling Area, and to transport sludge and grit, from the United States Military Academy, West Point, County of Orange, New York State, in accordance with the requirements of the work statement. The Contractor shall transport all solid waste to a state approved solid waste management facility (SWMF) or facilities. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 6 June 96, with a bid opening date of on or about 9 July 96. This Solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is unrestricted.
