Kulick (504 862-2869 Provide Meals, Lodging, Transportation, and Parking for New Orleans Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Applicants. Contractor must be located within a 30 mile radius of the MEPS, 4400 Dauphine St., New Orleans, LA. Contractor will be required to provide double rooms (and occasionally single rooms) for approximately 9,900 male and female applicatiants per year. Based on past contract history, it is estimated that approximately 96% of the applicants will eat a supper meal on their night of arrival and approximately 86% will eat a breakfast meal on the morning of their departure. Meals must be provided at contractor's facility or within 300 ft. from contractor's facility. Approximately 13 Saturdays per year, box lunches will be required. Contractor will be required to provide transportation for applicants from bus terminal to hotel and from hotel to MEPS. Contractor will provide parking for applicants who arrive in their own vehicles. Contract will be a requirements contract with services to commence 1 Aug 96 for one (1) year with an option to extend four (4) additional years.
