The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, facilities, supervision, and management necessary to provide the delivery, set-up in place, leasing (which shall include the general maintenance of the structure), and removal of a new or used relocatable building that ranges between 5,800 to 6,500 square feet with a maximum length of 100 feet. Relocatable shall be located on Hinkle Circle Southwest of Building 1597, near the northeast corner of Buse Road and Cuddihy Road, Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. The building shall be complete with lighting, HVAC, utilities (sewer, water, electrical), electric power distribution panels, telephone hook-ups, fire alarm, and emergency lighting. The unit shall be clean and in good physical condition, including interior and exterior appearance. The unit must be delivered and completely set-up for use on site no later than 15 August 1996. Period of performance for the leasing will be a base period of one year and two six (6) month options. A site visit will be held on 19 June at 10:00 AM.
