The project requires limited demolition of existing interior space and conversion of the space into a new store concept postal facility in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the A/E, FGM, Inc. Work includes, but not limited to, demolition, carpentry, aluminum store front, roll down grille, wood doors, hollow metal door frames, dry wall, metal studs, floor tiles, carpets, vinyl base, paint, suspended acoustical ceiling, millwork, cabinet work, electrical, mechanical and CCTV system. Construction cost range: $300,000.00 to $375,000.00. This is a leased facility and contractor must obtain building permit from governing authority. Plans and specification will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $30.00. Only cashiers check, money order or bank certified check will be accepted.
