The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies, and performing all operations to renovate 20 housing units in Cardinal Heights, Pope AFB, NC. The work performed on each will include the following: Demolish and replace existing storm doors with new. Demolish and replace interior doors/frames and closet doors/frames with new. Lightly sand and refinish kitchen cabinets. Replace vinyl flooring with new. Steam clean/pressure wash patios, carports, masonry walls, etc. Install vinyl siding and soffit on carport ceiling and posts. Repair, patch, and refinish any areas due to above work being performed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated period of performance is 100 calendar days. The proposed acquisition will be issued unrestricted.
