Propsosed conract is unrestricted. Estimated cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. A Subcontracting Plan is required if the contract is awarded to a Large Business. The actual date for availability of plans and specs, which will be issued until supply is exhausted, is pending. In addition, bid opening date is pending and will be adjusted based upon actual issurance date of the solicitation. No deposit is required.
