Houghton, Contract Specialist, 309 681-6616 The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Midwest Area, has a requirement to Modify the Waste Treatment Plant at the Avian Disease and Oncology Laboratory, 3606 E. Mount Hope Road, East Lansing Michigan. The work includes but is not limited to demolition and replacement of concrete slab, fence removal, relocation of water pipe, and yard hydrant, new valve on grindger pump discharge, construciton of prefabricated pump house (with alternate for masonry pump house), and alterations and additions to piping and pumps within waste water treatment building at sterilization tanks, and associated electrical work.
