This project consists of furnishing all operations to renovate 20 units throughout the Hillcrest Housing area on Pope Air Force Base North Carolina, to include the following: demolish and replace existing storm doors with new; demolish and replace interior doors/frames and closet doors frames with new; demolish and replace kitchen cabinets with new; replace vinyl flooring with new, disassembly and reinstallation of water closets; limited wall construction and vinyl siding installation; any demolition work may involve asbestos abatement; repair, patch and refinish any are due to the above being performed. The cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This proposed acquisition will be issued unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
