HVI's measure physical properties of cotton fibers. A fixed price contract. F.O.B. destination. Delivery locations throughout U.S. Cotton Belt. Delivery in 180 days after the effective date of the contract. A preproposal conference will be held in Memphis, Tennessee, July 1st and 2nd, 1996.
