Smith, Contract Specialist at (404)842-6787 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) contemplates awarding a contract to collect, prepare, label, store, package, and ship sera samples and sample panels to those laboratories that participate in the Lipid Standardization Program (LSP). The contractor shall distribute to participating laboratories various combinations of CDC assayed reference sera, un-assayed reference sera, serum calibrators, and other quality control materials as needed and available to establish and maintain standardized measurement of total cholesterol, triglycerides, and HDL. Only written requests for copies of the solicitation will be honored and may be faxed to (404) 842-6727. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The date specified for receipt of offers will be approximately 30 days after the RFP issue date. Requests for the RFP must specify the RFP No. 200-96-0506(P).
