The US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for the installation of monitoring wells and piezometers within an approximately 700 linear feet area. The work is to be performed on land at the Pearce Creek Dredged Material Upland Disposal Area just east of West View Shores, Maryland. The contractor will be required to commence work within ten (10) calendar days after a receipt of notice to proceed, and complete the work not later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed. Solicitation No. DACW61-96-B-0041 will be issued on or about June 4, 1996 with a closing date of July 9, 1996 at 1415 hours at the local place of opening.
