Effectiveness Project is for Off-Highway Vehicle recreation area
managed by the Prescott National Forest. The project area includes the
recreational area as well as Trails. The purpose is to investigate
non-point pollution sources via eolian and/or hydrologic processes,
develop Best Management Practices and monitor the effectiveness of that
mitigation. From the intersection of Inter state 17 and Az Highway 260,
head West for 7 miles. The park is on the south side of the highway.
