(202) 307-3069. Residential Comprehensive Sanction Center. Concerns
having the ability to provide a comprehensive sanction facility and
services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are
requested to give written notification (including telehone number and
a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice.
Services required include care, custody, control, accountability,
training opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing, surgical,
prescriptions, and dental treatment. Three programmatic components
will be required (Pre-Release Component, Community Corrections
Component and Home Confinement Component). These components and
services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of
Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in Atlanta,
Georgia. Estimated number of mandays is 40,150 (34,310 males and 5,840
females) for the base period. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a June 24,
1996. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options.
Estimated number of mandays is 20,805 (17,520 males and 3,285 females)
for option year one; 21,535 (17,885 males and 3,650 females) for
option year two; and 21,900 (18,250 males and 3,650 females) for option
year three to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. No
