Peter Goodwin Contract Specialist (212)264-6706. The ''NY54'' is a
steel catamaran hull, 36 feet long by 26 feet wide with a molded depth
of 5 feet six (6) inches. Displaces 14 tons (approximately) light
condition. All work to be preformed at the contractor's facilities. The
location of contractual work upon the vessel must be within a fifty
(150) mile radius of Caven Point Terminal, Jersey City, NJ. The work
consists of drydocking the vessel, cleaning and painting the hull and
interior painting, steel and handrail replacement, replace hull anodes
and miscellaneous minor repairs. Prior to award, successful bidder
will be required to enter into a Master Ship Agreement for Repair and
Alteration of Vessels. Compliance with the Corps of Engineer's Safety
Manual EM 385-1-1 dated October 1992 entitled ''Safety and Health
Requirements manual'' as amended, US Coast Guard regulations for
handling of inflammable and combustible liquids. All work performed
under these specifications shall conform to best marine practice. There
is a non-returnable charge of 16.00 dollars for the solicitation. Make
