NISE East Charleston intends to negotiate a sole source, Indefinite delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Time and Material type contract with Raytheon Support Services, 5740 East Bayside Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455 to provide depot level support services for repair, overhaul, restoration, fabrication and manufacturing of electronic communication, command and control, computer and intelligence equipment and general purpose electronic test equipment. The contractor must provide a facility and support equipment during this period. Submit all request for subcontracting possibilities direct to Raytheon. This proposed bridge contract will be for approximately one year and will allow continuity of services until a competitive procurement package is released.
