Services include: tracking, utilization efficiency monitoring, inspecting, positioning, repositioning, and maintanining DTS ISO containers. The Contractor shall be directed to utilize the exisiting commercial infrastructure and commercial electronic data interchange systems to coordinate a variety of container management services for DTS customers. The contractor shall be required to coordinate the leased containers and Government owned assets on a worldwide basis for both peacetime and continguency container operations. It is anticipated that this scope of this contract shall increase in a phased implementation, the implementation rate shall depend on contractor performance and DTS customer satisfaction.
