(Site Code DACA05) Indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract for property management and real estate brokerage services for approximately 400 homes within a 20 mile radius of Long Beach Naval Air Station, to include all labor, material, equipment, and travel, as required. Property management services shall include pre-departure and pre-acquisition inspections, pest and defective paint inspections, monthly inspections, notification of authorities of Government's interest in the properties, security, utilities initiation, homeowners' association fees and utilities payment, landscaping and yard service, and property repairs. Real estate brokerage services for same properties shall include listing of properties in the Multiple Listing Service and local newpapers, posting For Sale signs and lock boxes, providing property information to interested parties, providing a weekly list of available properties to brokers, providing a recommended sales price (Broker's Market Opinion) to the Government, as needed, or vacant lot price, if property is razed. Term of contract is one year from date of award, plus three option years. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 6531. The size standard for this SIC code is: $1.0. The acquisition method is negotiated procurement. A technical and cost proposal will be required. Evaluation by the Government will result in selection of firm that represents the best advantage to the Government. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation for this project must be ordered by the DUE DATE of 11 Jun 96 to ensure recipt of solicitation. The solicitation will be mailed out on or about 17 Jun 96. There is no charge for this solicitation; however, only one set is available per offeror as there are a limited number available.
