USAID is issuing a solicitation for technical services in international health care quality assurance. The selected contractor will work in research and evaluation, global technical leadership and offer support to USAID missions and other cooperating field-based organizations. A five year contract is anticipated to provide research and development of quality assurance guidelines in developing country's health care systems.
