The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia seeks a qualified organization for the purpose of providing legal assistance to the female inmates, one day per week (Thursday-excluding Thursday holidays). Legal assistance activities are to consist of interviews conducted by third year law students to individual inmates. Legal assistance may cover a wide range of legal matters. ``Legal assistance'' may encompass issues such as post-conviction, immigration, family law, wills and trusts, property rights, sentencing and parole, inmate discipline or other correctional issues, and may entail the research of state/federal statutes and case law. This procurement is not set aside for small business, (8(a) included), or labor surplus areas.
