The contractor shall ensure that the plant operations are within the performance specifications and requirements. The contract period shall be 9 months. The estimated total contract value for the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Offerors must be able to satisfy the following minimum requirements: (1) Have performed at least two projects of this magnitude involving concrete recycling and sizing including building foundations within the past five years. The following data must be submitted for each project: address, client, current contact person and phone number. (2) Experience and knowledge of environmental regulations CERCLA, RCRA, etc., and demonstrate how such knowledge and experience will be available and influence project planning, operation and executive personnel. (3) Safe work history as proven by OSHA 200 reports and an EMR rating of 1.2 or less. (4) financial capability and bonding capability for a project of this magnitude. (5) Evidence of commitment to support socio-economic programs for small business and small disadvantaged business. Award will be based on technical acceptability and cost.
