Z -- JOB ORDER CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIR, CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, AND CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE FOR NAVY SHORE FACILITIES LOCATED IN WASHINGTON, OREGON, IDAHO, & MONTANA UNDER THE COGNIZANCE OF EFANW SOL N44255-96-R-0119 DUE 081296 POC Terry Homburg, contract specialist (360) 396-0233/ John Reynolds, contracting officer (360) 396-0252. The work includes the repair, construction, alteration, and construction maintenance for Navy shore facilities located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana under the cognizance of Engineering Field Activity, Northwest (EFA,NW). A majority of the work will be performed at Naval facilities in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. Work will be ordered on an as needed basis. Multiple disciplines are required. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials/supplies to accomplish all work ordered under the contract. This is an indefinite quantity type contract which includes a base year with the provision for four additional option years. The maximum contract amount is $17 million per year with a guaranteed minimum of $250,000.00 per year. This procurement is being solicited as a competitive negotiation utilizing Source Selection Procedures. Oral presentations are contemplated and will be scheduled shortly after proposal due date. Site visit and pre-proposal conference dates will be identified in the solicitation. The evaluation factors are price, quality, and subcontracting goals/experience. The quality subfactors include Experience and Past Performance, Quality Control, Management, and Subcontracting Support Capabilities.
