Furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to construct sanitary sewer main and sanitary sewer lift station. The work includes but is not limited to the following major items: (1) Demolition - Removal of existing sanitary sewer lines and manholes as shown on the plans, (2) Demolition of existing sanitary sewer lift station. Pumps, standby generator, electrical panels, and any other equipment to remain the property of the City of Oklahoma City. Building components and materials to become property of the Contractor to be disposed of off site, (3) Construction of new sanitary sewer mains and manholes, (4) Construction of new sanitary sewer lift station, (5) Construction of a portion of a sanitary sewer force main from the new lift station to the tie-into the existing sanitary sewer force main. The SIC code for this project is 1623. All work must be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. To be qualified to bid this project General Constructors must be on the City of Oklahoma City approved bidders lists with at least 3 years of successful installation experience on projects with sanitary sewage work similar to that required for this project. All General Contractors interested in bidding this project must request in writing, an IFB package from; USPFO for Oklahoma, attn: OKPFO-PC-C, 355 Military Circle, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73111-4398. No phone requests will be taken. There will be a $50.00 non-refundable charge for each solicitation package. Check or money order made payable to the AFO OKANG WRANGB must accompany request.
