Repair historically significant metal windows. Install new aluminum, insulated glass windows and related work, including interior window treatments in the Federal Center - Building 2, Battle Creek, Michigan. The completion time for this project is Three Hundred Sixty (360) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Specifications will be available on or about June 18, 1996. Offers will be opened privately on July 25, 1996, at 2:00 P.M. (EST). The proposed contract is being procured as a total small business set-aside. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
