The machine rooms will be enclosed with sound rated partitions. The non-rated hoistway doors will be replaced with rated 1930's style bronze doors and interior will be refinished to provide a complementary design. Specifications will be available on or about June 24, 1996. Negotiated bids will be due by 4:30 pm on July 24, 1996. Completion time for this project is 350 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated financial range is between $100,000 and $500,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code 1796, with an industry small business size standard of an average annual gross revenue of $7.0 million for the last three (3) years.
