The scope of work includes but is not limited to providing all labor and materials required to construct new District Courtroom and supporting office area of appx. 7,500 sq. ft. at the Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse, 600 E. Monroe, Springfield, Illinois. This work will require the removal of a central building column and installation of a transfer beam to support the span. This work will also require the construction of an enclosed sallyport at the rear of the building. Specifications will be available on or about June 17, 1996.
