Demolition work includes removal of existing roofing, flashing and interior finishes. Temporary construction requires continuous protection of the building interior wall, while roofing work is underway and scaffolding for access to the underside of the roof and walls for installation of finishes. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and incidental related work necessary for a complete project.
