The project includes, new metal roofing and siding, membrane roofing, vapor barrier system, flashings, metal ceiling systems, drywall repairs, doors, and associated mechanical and electrical work. Demolition work includes removal of existing roofing, flashing and interior finishes. Temporary construction requires continuous protection of the building interior wall, while roofing work is underway and scaffolding for access to the underside of the roof and walls for installation of finishes. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and incidental related work necessary for a complete project. Plans and specifications will be available approximately 16 June 1996. The deadline for receipts of bids is only an estimated date. The estimated cost range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
