Provide all labor, materials, equipment and skill to renovate and improve patient access and traffic flow in outpatient clinic area of Building #1, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Grand Island, Nebraska. This project involves approximately 2900 square feet (261 square meters) of interior work and 1,000 square feet (1170 square meters) of site work. All work is to be done in strict compliance with plans and specifications. All work is to be in accordance with all applicable VA Standards and criteria, all local, State, and Federal Codes, national and local Building Codes and NFPA Codes. Award will be subject to availability of funds. The cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and specifications will be available approximately August 15, 1996.
