Provide all labor, materials, equipment and skill to renovate approximately 1700 square feet (153 square meters) of space on the first floor, south wing of building #1 into a waiting area for the outpatient and admissions area. This work will provide centralized seating that will enable the staff to directly observe patients in the area. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with plans and specifications for the project. All work shall be done in accordance with applicable VA standards and criteria, National and Local building codes and NFPA Codes. Award will be subject to the availability of funds. The cost range is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available approximately June 15, 1996. Bid opening will be 3:00 p.m. on July 22, 1996.
