Description of work: construct addition to multi-purpose facility. Work includes, but is not limited to: Constructing an addition to an existing multi-purpose facility which will contain a laundry, dry storage room and walk-in cold storage room. The addition consists of approximately 1125 square feet of reinforced concrete block, trussed roof construction, and approximately 825 square feet of covered porch/walkway. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish this work must be provided. Estimated value is between $250,000 and $500,000. (145)
