The picker shall be equipped with all standard options as originally sold. The machine is to be delivered to, the USDA, ARS, Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center, Stoneville, Mississippi. An IFB will be issued on or about June 19, 1996. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package.
