C. E. Kelly, PA and its estimated quantities are changed to Group XI. The performance dates are revised to read ''Base year performance period will begin 1 August 1996 (or date of award if later) for Groups I through X and 1 September 1996 (or date of award if later) for Group XI. Base year performance will end 31 July 1997 (all groups). Requirement for fruit and ice tea flavored drinks is added to Groups II and XI. The revised Item 17 Requirement for Orange Juice is added to Groups II, III, IV, V, VI, VIII, IX and X.
