Zelnick, Contracting Officer The Patent & Trademark Office (PTO) is contemplating a base and four option period requirement for a fixed price indefinite quantity contract for specially designed and manufactured file/mail carts. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Code specific to this requirement is 3499. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing the necessary resources to construct and manufacture Patent and Trademark Office File/Mail Carts. The minimum quantity is five (5) and the maximum is three hundred (300). Firms having the ability to provide this requirement should request a copy of the request for proposal, in writing, no later than 15 days after publication of this synopsis.
