All Puget Sound Area sources who currently hold or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreeement for Boat Repair (DFAR 217.71) Prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master ship Agreement/Agreeement for Boat Repair (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an asessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessels availability.
