The Immigration and Naturalization Service is seeking information from vendors for the following services at the nine INS detention centers located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The satisfaction of this Government requirement will require a contractor to provide: computerized detainee funds accounting systems; dame day or overnight commissary service; coverage at all INS detention facilites; on site funds management services; and on site staffing for a minimum of five days per week. At a minimum, a contractor must have one year's national experience with management of accounts of over 500 beds. It is preferred that the vendor supply their own hardware and software. The INS seeks information on vendors who can provide this service at no cost to the Government.
