The Barksdale Air Force Base LA Contracting Office is seeking sources to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, permits, materials, supervision and other items as necessary to install, maintain and relocate contractor-owned coin operated amusement machines for the Non-Appropriated Funds Instrumentality at Barksdale Air Force Base LA. This is not an invitation for bids. It is anticipated that the contract will have a basic plus four one-year option periods. Machines to be furnished, maintained and relocated include seventeen full size, solid state video machines, nine solid state pinball machines, one solid state cocktail table video machine and two electric $1.00 bill changers. All machines are to be less than three years old. This is a nonappropriated funds purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriation funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency. A small business is defined as a concern, including its affiliates whose average sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years does not exceed $3.5 million (SIC Code 7993).
