IFB # DAHA03-96-B-0001 SOL CBD&&&-9605-0001 POC Steve Williams, Contract Specialist 501/212-4401 (Site Code DAHA03) Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to construct a 34,000 SF Air National Guard Base Supply Complex consisting of a 29,000 SF Supply Warehouse, 4,000 SF Supply Storage Shed and a 1,000 SF POL OPS (Fuels Supv/Ready Room). Project is to be reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry walls, structural steel framing and roof structure, all utilities and support. Provide paved open storage area. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. An Invitation for Bid is anticipated to be issued o/a 14 June 1996 and a Notice to Proceed issued o/a 21 August 1996. Construction time is anticipated to take approx. 330 days after notice to proceed. Only prime contractors should reply. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8 (a). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1541. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17,000,000 average annual revenue for the previous three years. A refundable charge is required from each contractor. Refunds will only be made for the return of unmarked usable sets of plans and specifications. Only two solicitation package sets will be issued per contractor.
