The existing outdoor truck mixing area will be enclosed with 8'' CMU construction. This new enclosure will be provided with two (2) automatic roll-up doors. The existing roof will be extended to form a new covered drive for parking of equipment. This new roof extension will be constructed of exposed painted steel bar joist, 1-1/2'' metal deck, rigid roof insulation, and single-ply membrane roofing. Concrete paving will be added on both sides of the building and a new split-fluted block screen wall will be built around equipment. The existing building exterior will be pressured washed and sealed. A concrete sump and trench drains will be installed in the existing outdoor mixing area. Plumbing and electrical equipment will be installed to collect and re-use waste water generated in the mixing area. There is a $30.00 (non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and UNTIL SUPPLIES ARE EXHAUSTED.
