The project will consist of demolition, removal, disposal and replacement of the existing roofing system as follows: MAIN ROOF (approx. 9,347 sq.m.): an adhered PVC containment grid; loose laid 2mm PVC membrane with hot air welded seams; membrane to be hot air welded to containment grid; three dimensional drainage panel; loose laid extruded polystyrene insulation board; washed stone ballast and concrete pavers; fully adhered PVC flashing membrane; stainless steel counter- flashings, accessories, and miscellaneous related items. TERRACED ROOFS (approx. 784 sq.m.): mechanically attached 50.8 mm polyisocyanurate insulation board; fully adhered 1.5mm PVC membrane; membrane flashings; stainless steel counterflashings and related items. SKYLIT ROOFS: fully adhered 1.5 mm PVC membrane over existing concrete deck; membrane flashings; metal counterflashings and related items.
