The project includes a new 2000 SF addition (entrance and mobility storage), a new loading dock with hydraulic lift, rearrangement of partitions with new finishes, new electrical distribution system, new fire alarm system, new lighting security system, new HVAC system, removal of lead based paint and asbestos containing material. It will be accomplished by phased construction. Bid issue on or about 15 July 1996. Bid opening on or about 16 Aug 1996. Performance period will be 240 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The small business size standard applicable to this construction project is a concern, including its affiliates, with average annual receipts from its preceding three years not exceeding $17.0 million.
