Sauceda (913) 239-0472 (Site Code DAKF19) The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation to replace underground sewer laterals in military housing. The work includes but is not limited to the following: expose the sewer laterals at the connection to the building and at connection to the main, open the existing pipe, clean the existing pipe, slip a new plastic sewer line inside the existing lateral, and reconnect the new sewer line to the building and to the main. The Contractor shall also remove and replace sidewalk, steps, street, curb, plantings, etc. required to complete work. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 30 Jul 96, and bid opening will be held on or about 29 Aug 96. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,00 and $250,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1623 with the small business size being $17.0 Mil. The procurement is unrestricted.
