This project includes replacing the existing roof system on 128 housing units in the 4th Increment of the Capehart Housing area. Work includes replacing low-sloped roofs with sloped roofs, consisting of new wood trusses and plywood, replacing soffits, fascias, flashing, and installing gutters and shingled roofing system. Also included in this project is the replacement of existing roofing system on 80 housing units in the same area. This work will include replacing the existing built-up roofs and shingles with EPDM roofing and new shingles. The period of performance for this project is 400 days. This action is considered full and open competition. SIC Code 1522 applies. The magnitude for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The SBA size standard of $17,000,000 is a three-year average annual gross revenue.
