Krutz, 601/686-5361, Contract Specialist The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary to renovate Building No. 47 at the USDA, ARS, Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center, Stoneville, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to: Remove existing 6'' asphalt paving; Remove existing metal building siding; Provide select fill; Provide structural slab and footings; Provide pre-engineered metal building siding and roof panels; Provide woodstud with gypsum board paneling partitions; Provide gypsum board ceiling; Provide doors; Paint all interior and exterior surfaces; Provide flooring and base; Provide plumbing; and provide lighting fixtures, electrical and mechanical items. The work will be completed in 120 days. An IFB will be issued on or about June 19, 1996. An estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
